Job Summary

Sr. Software Engineer -This hybrid role is for a senior software engineer who designs develops and maintains enterprise grade applications using Magic Net Framework and C Sharp supporting day shift work patterns with no travel requirements while contributing to secure and reliable solutions that can enable effective account and cash management operations for global clients in a multinational environment.


Responsibilities

  • Design and develop robust server side applications using Net Framework and Magic Development that support complex account and cash management workflows while meeting performance expectations in a hybrid work model.
  • Implement efficient relational database structures and complex SQL queries that ensure secure storage retrieval and processing of financial transactions with a focus on accuracy and resilience.
  • Optimize existing codebases by refactoring critical components and improving algorithms to reduce response times increase throughput and enhance overall application stability for business users.
  • Collaborate with product owners business analysts and quality specialists to translate requirements into technical designs that align with enterprise standards and regulatory expectations in the financial domain.
  • Create and maintain modular reusable and testable components that promote clean architecture patterns improve maintainability and reduce long term development effort for the engineering team.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive unit integration and regression tests that validate application behavior in day shift operations and reduce production defects in cash and account management systems.
  • Troubleshoot complex production issues by analyzing logs metrics and data anomalies and implement permanent fixes that improve system reliability and reduce business disruption.
  • Integrate applications with internal and external services using secure communication patterns that protect sensitive financial data and ensure compliance with organizational and industry guidelines.
  • Document technical solutions data models and operational procedures in a clear and structured manner that enables efficient knowledge sharing and onboarding of future team members.
  • Collaborate with peers in code reviews to uphold coding standards security practices and performance considerations while nurturing a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate with infrastructure and DevOps teams to support deployment automation configuration management and environment stability for hybrid working teams.
  • Apply understanding of account management and cash management concepts to design features that improve reconciliation reporting and liquidity oversight for enterprise clients.
  • Engage in continuous learning of Net technologies database optimization and domain practices to keep solutions modern maintainable and aligned with organizational strategy.


Qualifications

  • Possess strong hands on experience in building enterprise applications using Net Framework with emphasis on object oriented design patterns and modular code organization.
  • Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Net Core for creating scalable services APIs and background processes that handle transaction intensive workloads in a secure manner.
  • Exhibit deep practical knowledge of SQL including complex joins indexing strategies stored procedures and query tuning for high volume financial data processing.
  • Show experience working in agile delivery teams participating in backlog refinement sprint planning and review sessions while maintaining focus on business outcomes.
  • Display familiarity with account management or cash management processes such as balance tracking payment initiation and reconciliation and apply this understanding in solution design.
  • Utilize experience with unit testing frameworks and mocking tools to ensure code quality maintainability and predictable behavior across application modules.
  • Apply knowledge of secure coding practices input validation and error handling to protect systems from vulnerabilities and maintain trust with enterprise stakeholders.
