Responsibilities

  • Drive end to end management of complex IT consulting engagements to help clients optimize technology investments and achieve measurable business outcomes in a predictable and structured manner.
  • Lead design of digital transformation roadmaps that align client technology landscapes with strategic objectives while ensuring sustainable value creation and operational resilience.
  • Oversee development of detailed solution proposals that translate client requirements into clear consulting deliverables and implementation steps with well defined success metrics.
  • Guide multidisciplinary consulting teams in conducting assessments of applications infrastructure data and processes to identify gaps risks and modernization opportunities.
  • Coordinate collaborative workshops with client stakeholders to define problem statements prioritize initiatives and agree on practical technology strategies that can be executed effectively.
  • Ensure rigorous project governance by tracking milestones managing risks resolving issues and maintaining transparent communication with client sponsors and internal teams.
  • Drive standardization of consulting methods tools and templates so that project teams can deliver consistent high quality outcomes across multiple engagements.
  • Provide thought guidance on emerging technology trends in areas such as cloud platforms data analytics automation and cybersecurity to inform client strategies and internal offerings.
  • Manage engagement financials by monitoring budgets resource utilization and margins while recommending actions that protect profitability and client value.
  • Support talent development within the consulting practice by mentoring team members giving structured feedback and encouraging continuous learning in IT consulting disciplines.
  • Collaborate with internal business units to shape reusable service offerings based on lessons learned from projects so future clients benefit from proven approaches.
  • Drive strong client relationships founded on trust responsiveness and clarity to enable long term partnerships that positively influence industry practices and societal progress.
  • Ensure delivery quality and compliance with organizational standards and client expectations by applying rigorous review practices across all consulting artifacts.


Qualifications

  • Possess extensive experience in IT consulting across at least fifteen years with a solid track record of managing complex technology advisory and implementation programs for enterprise clients.
  • Demonstrate strong skills in analyzing legacy and modern technology environments and in proposing pragmatic modernization approaches that balance cost risk and business impact.
  • Exhibit proficiency in translating business requirements into technology strategies including cloud migration data platform design application portfolio rationalization and process automation.
  • Show capability in using structured consulting frameworks for discovery assessment solution design and roadmap planning to ensure repeatable and reliable client outcomes.
  • Apply advanced stakeholder management skills to work effectively with executive sponsors business owners and technical teams in hybrid work settings across diverse locations.
  • Utilize excellent communication and documentation abilities to create clear reports presentations proposals and status updates that enable informed decisions by client leaders.
  • Demonstrate familiarity with agile and traditional project delivery methods and know when to recommend each approach based on client culture regulatory context and delivery risk.
  • Display strong problem solving skills in resolving complex technology and process issues and in guiding teams to select options that support long term strategic goals.
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of industry regulations security practices and data governance principles to ensure consulting recommendations remain compliant and sustainable.
  • Show evidence of mentoring and coaching consulting professionals by sharing domain knowledge in IT consulting and promoting an inclusive and growth oriented work environment.
