Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Guidewire Policy Center Developer with Guidewire ACE Certification to join our insurance technology team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Guidewire Policy Center configuration, customization, integrations, and support for Property & Casualty insurance applications.
Required Skills:
- 6+ years of experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter development.
- Guidewire ACE Certification in Policy Center Configuration is required.
- Strong experience with:
- Gosu
- PCF Configuration
- Product Model
- Business Rules & Underwriting Rules
- Data Model Extensions
- Workflows and Batch Processes
- Experience with Policy Center functionalities including:
- Submissions
- Quotes
- Policy Issuance
- Endorsements
- Renewals
- Cancellations
- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations, XML, and JSON.
- Strong SQL and database skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Certifications Required
Guidewire Certified Specialist any module recommended along with Business Analysis certification such as CBAP or CCBA.

The annual salary for this position is between $130,000 - $135,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
