Automotive IoT & Engineering – Program & Growth Lead

We are looking for an experienced Automotive IoT & Engineering Program & Growth Lead to support our Client account. This role combines strong automotive domain knowledge, program/delivery management, and business growth support.
The ideal candidate will work closely with customer and internal teams to understand evolving automotive trends and business needs, support successful delivery and fulfillment, and identify opportunities to expand Cognizant’s IoT & Engineering footprint within the account.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand key Automotive, IoT, connected vehicle, SDV and engineering trends and align them with customer needs.
- Work closely with Client stakeholders to understand business priorities, challenges, and upcoming opportunities.
- Develop and support the IoT & Engineering growth strategy for the Client account.
- Act as a strong customer-facing program leader, proactively engaging stakeholders and identifying potential business opportunities.
- Support delivery management, resource fulfillment, and overall program execution.
- Collaborate with delivery, engineering, solution, and account teams to translate customer needs into opportunities and solutions.
- Help strengthen existing relationships and expand engagement across the account.
Ideal Profile
- Strong Automotive domain experience, preferably with OEM/Tier-1 environments.
- Experience in program/delivery management within Automotive Engineering, IoT, ER&D, connected vehicles, SDV, Industry 4.0, or related areas.
- Strong customer/stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to identify customer needs and help convert them into business opportunities.
- This is not a pure sales/hunter role. We are looking for someone with strong program management and automotive domain expertise who is comfortable being customer-facing and contributing to account growth.
Compensation: - $ 140,000 to $180,000 + 12% Bonus, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans. Application will be accepted by 10/30/2026
