About the role
As a QE Automation & Performance Testing (Life & Annuities Insurance), you will make an impact by leading quality engineering activities for Life & Annuities insurance platforms and delivering reliable, scalable, and high-quality digital solutions. You will be a valued member of the Quality Engineering and Assurance team and work collaboratively with business stakeholders, development teams, project leadership, and offshore delivery teams.
In this role, you will:
• Lead quality engineering activities for the assigned Life & Annuities domain, coordinating with business stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and offshore delivery teams.
• Apply structured test management practices to develop traceable test scenarios, maintain reusable test data, and ensure end-to-end coverage across functional, integration, non-functional, and user acceptance testing.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance test automation assets to reduce manual effort and support accelerated release cycles.
• Perform hands-on functional, automation, performance, mobile, and API testing based on project requirements.
• Coordinate defect triage, validate fixes, conduct root cause analysis, and provide clear reporting through performance dashboards, defect trends, test coverage summaries, risk assessments, and release-readiness updates.

What you need to have to be considered
• More than 10 years of experience in Quality Engineering and Assurance, including experience leading a team.
• Strong experience in the Life & Annuities insurance domain.
• Hands-on experience with test automation tools and frameworks.
• Experience with Tricentis Tosca is preferred.
• Experience with test management, Agile delivery practices, Jira, defect management, and end-to-end test coordination.
• Hands-on experience with functional, API, mobile, and mobile automation testing.
These will help you stand out
• Experience with performance testing tools and practices, particularly NeoLoad.
• Quality engineering experience supporting digital agent or customer portals.
• Experience applying artificial intelligence to improve testing efficiency, automation, or quality engineering processes.
• Testing, test automation, or quality engineering certifications.
• Ability to communicate testing risks, quality metrics, release readiness, and recommendations clearly to project stakeholders.
