Payroll team within one Swedish account in Vilnius is looking for collaborative, communicative, structured and motivated Swedish speaking person to join the department as a Payroll Operations specialist. The main responsibility of this role is handling Payroll administration for our client.
Swedish Speaking Payroll Operations Specialist
You can expect to:
· Ensure all input each payroll run is correct by performing agreed controls
· Upload or manually add relevant data into systems, report according to laws and regulations, handle error logs and perform other necessary tasks
· Provide customer support electronically or on the phone
· Ensure that services within the individual area of expertise are delivered according to contract, and to ensure high customer satisfaction
· Identify and work on payroll process improvements to improve the overall quality and efficiency
· Have a daily communication between team members both in Lithuania and Sweden making sure the processes run smoothly
We expect You to:
· Have good written and verbal communication skills in Swedish and English language (from B1+)
· Enjoy working with others while also being fully responsible for your own tasks and be able to work independently
· Be proactive and solution-oriented with customers and in your daily work
· Have ability to understand and follow legal requirements, rules and regulations
· Demonstrate ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
· Have experience with Swedish payroll processes as this would be considered as a strong advantage
