Jouw Impact

Als ServiceNow Technical Consultant speel je een cruciale rol als technisch expert en strategisch adviseur. Je werkt nauw samen met sales- en klantenteams om zakelijke uitdagingen te begrijpen, op maat gemaakte oplossingen te ontwerpen en een soepele implementatie te waarborgen. Jij overbrugt de kloof tussen technische mogelijkheden en klantbehoeften en helpt organisaties uit te blinken met ServiceNow.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Ontwerpen, ontwikkelen en implementeren van ServiceNow-oplossingen, waaronder Service Catalog-workflows, ITIL-processen, ITAM-modules en integraties met externe systemen.
  • Uitbreiden en aanpassen van het ServiceNow-datamodel ter ondersteuning van AMDB, CMDB, SACM en andere modules.
  • Stimuleren van best practices door het implementeren van technologie-specifieke standaarden en het beoordelen van ontwerpen op bruikbaarheid en kwaliteit.
  • Probleemoplossing en support: Bieden van 2e/3e-lijns support, oplossen van incidenten en verbeteren van oplossingen met JavaScript en server-side Java.
  • Begeleiden en samenwerken: Aansturen van teamleden, beoordelen van code en testplannen, en kennis delen om het team naar een hoger niveau te tillen.
  • Klantbetrokkenheid stimuleren: Leiden van workshops, presenteren van oplossingen en technische concepten vertalen voor zowel technische als niet-technische doelgroepen.
  • Hoge standard: Zorgen dat alle technische artefacten en interacties aan de hoogste kwaliteitsnormen voldoen.

Wat zoeken wij?

  • Bachelor in software engineering, elektronica of een vergelijkbaar vakgebied.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (vereist).
  • Minimaal 2 jaar hands-on ervaring met ServiceNow-configuratie en een bewezen trackrecord van succesvolle implementaties.
  • Ervaring met webontwikkeling (JavaScript, HTML, CSS).
  • Ervaring met Agile-omgevingen en software development life cycle management.
  • Sterke analytische en probleemoplossende vaardigheden.
  • Vloeiend in Engels en Nederlands
  • Ervaring binnen het publieke domein, zelfstandig bestuursorganen is een grote pre.
