Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end QA delivery for assigned projects
  • Set up QA processes and create testing playbooks
  • Review and conduct walkthroughs of test strategy and test plans with stakeholders
  • Prepare effort estimates and testing strategy for new enhancements
  • Identify and support onboarding of required hardware and software for testing
  • Coordinate with offshore testers and provide guidance on deliverables
  • Design and execute test cases
  • Own defect management activities and conduct defect triage
  • Review testing artifacts including test scenarios, test cases, defects, and execution logs
  • Review root cause analysis for defects
  • Follow up on testing and infrastructure-related issues
  • Drive and facilitate testing-related meetings including status reviews and walkthroughs
  • Prepare and share testing status reports

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 8–12 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance
  • Proven experience working as a Test Lead
  • Experience in OpenText testing
  • Experience in API and integration testing
  • Hands-on experience with test management tools such as Azure DevOps (ADO) and JIRA
  • Exposure to test automation
  • Strong knowledge of test planning, execution, and defect management
  • Experience coordinating with offshore testing teams
  • Strong stakeholder communication and coordination skills
  • Proficiency in English and Cantonese
