Job summary
We are seeking a Principal Architect with 8 to 10 years of experience specializing in Vistex. This hybrid role requires a strategic thinker who can design and implement innovative solutions. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business success. The position offers a day shift schedule with no travel requirements allowing for a balanced work-life integration.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable Vistex solutions that align with business objectives and enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Ensure the architecture is robust scalable and meets the companys performance standards.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all architectural designs and processes.
- Lead the evaluation and selection of new technologies to enhance the Vistex platform.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
- Optimize system performance by identifying and resolving bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge.
- Monitor industry trends to ensure the company remains at the forefront of technological advancements.
- Collaborate with vendors and third-party providers to ensure seamless integration of external solutions.
- Drive innovation by proposing new ideas and solutions that improve business outcomes.
Qualifications
- Possess a strong understanding of Vistex and its application in business environments.
- Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
- Have a proven track record of successfully implementing complex architectural projects.
