Responsibilities : - Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective Labvantage LIMS configurations to optimize laboratory processes. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document system requirements ensuring alignment with business objectives. - Design and implement system configurations that enhance data integrity and streamline laboratory workflows. - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Labvantage LIMS ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency. - Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. - Develop and maintain user documentation and training materials to facilitate smooth user adoption and system utilization. - Work closely with IT teams to integrate Labvantage LIMS with other enterprise systems ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability. - Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance speed and reliability. - Facilitate user training sessions to empower staff with the knowledge and skills needed to effectively use Labvantage LIMS. - Lead efforts in system upgrades and enhancements ensuring the latest features and functionalities are utilized. - Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements based on system analytics and user feedback. - Ensure data security and confidentiality within Labvantage LIMS adhering to company policies and industry best practices. - Collaborate with vendors and external partners to resolve technical issues and implement new solutions.
