This hybrid policy servicing role supports changes and endorsements for insurance policies within a global organization focusing on accuracy timeliness and compliance in a night shift schedule. Responsibilities
- Process policy change and endorsement requests by reviewing submitted documentation and recording all updates in a structured and timely manner using MS Office tools
- Validate customer and policy data for each endorsement to ensure accuracy and reduce downstream errors that may impact billing and coverage outcomes
- Coordinate with internal operations and customer service teams through email and collaboration platforms to clarify incomplete information and support smooth case resolution
- Document each servicing activity in trackers and logs using spreadsheets and word processing applications to maintain complete digital records for audit readiness
- Review existing policy terms and conditions before applying requested changes to confirm that updates remain aligned with current guidelines and regulatory expectations
- Respond to queries related to changes and endorsements in clear and professional English language to help stakeholders understand policy impacts and options
- Analyze recurring issues observed in change and endorsement requests to highlight process gaps and suggest practical improvements that enhance operational efficiency
- Prioritize assigned cases based on service level timelines and business criticality to ensure that time sensitive requests are completed on schedule during night shift operations
- Use templates and standardized formats in MS Office to generate confirmation documents and internal notes that support consistent communication quality across cases
- Monitor daily work queues and dashboards to track case volumes and progress while escalating any potential delays or system issues to supervisors or support teams
- Adhere to internal policy servicing procedures and data protection norms to safeguard confidential information and maintain the integrity of customer records

Qualifications
- possess foundational experience using MS Office applications such as spreadsheets presentations and word processing to manage policy data and prepare servicing documents
- demonstrate basic exposure to policy changes and endorsements processes within insurance or financial services environments with a focus on accurate transaction handling
- display strong written and spoken English communication abilities that support clear documentation email correspondence and phone conversations when required
- show attention to detail in reviewing policy data endorsements forms and supporting evidence to minimize errors that could affect customer outcomes or compliance
- exhibit willingness to work in night shifts and hybrid work models while maintaining productivity accountability and consistent service quality

Certifications Required
