Job Summary:
The Agile Scrum Master will play a pivotal role in leading and facilitating Agile teams within a SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) environment. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of Agile principles, supporting multiple teams, and guiding them towards high performance. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with a proven track record in large-scale Data Migration projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives) and ensure adherence to Scrum and SAFe practices.
- Facilitate SAFe agile ceremonies (PI planning, scrum of scrums and system demos)
- Support multiple teams in a SAFe environment, guiding them to deliver high-quality solutions on time.
- Identify and remove impediments to team progress, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to align on project goals and deliverables.
- Track and report agile delivery metrics such as velocity, burn-down charts, predictability.
- Drive and enable incremental delivery by ensuring features and user stories are broken down into manageable increments
- Promote a strong quality-focused delivery culture by ensuring teams follow best practices for testing, defect management, Definition of Done (DoD), and continuous improvement to deliver reliable and high-quality releases.
- Coach and mentor team members on Agile and SAFe methodologies, encouraging best practices and knowledge sharing.
- Drive the successful execution of large Data Migration projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, promoting transparency and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Mater.
- Hands-on experience working in SAFe
- Professional certification in SAFe (e.g., SAFe Scrum Master, SAFe Agilist).
- Experience managing multiple Agile teams
- Proficiency with agile tools such as Azure DevOps and Jira
- Previous experience as an Agile Coach is advantageous.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proven experience working on large Data Migration projects.
