Job summary
Sr Consultant role focused on implementing and optimizing Veeva Vault Promomats solutions for global life sciences clients ensuring compliant management of promotional materials while improving efficiency and user experience. The role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders configuration integration support and continuous enhancement in a hybrid work model with day shifts only.
Responsibilities
- Drive end to end implementation of Veeva Vault Promomats solutions by gathering detailed requirements and translating them into scalable configuration that supports compliant promotional content management for life sciences clients.
- Configure and optimize Veeva Vault Promomats objects workflows metadata and security settings to ensure efficient content lifecycle management and adherence to regulatory standards.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders regulatory teams and marketing users to design streamlined review and approval processes that reduce cycle times and improve content quality.
- Perform detailed system analysis and impact assessment for new change requests ensuring that proposed updates align with client roadmaps and do not disrupt existing operations.
- Develop functional specifications for integrations between Veeva Vault Promomats and upstream or downstream systems such as digital asset repositories medical legal systems or CRM platforms.
- Conduct comprehensive system testing including functional regression and user acceptance support to ensure that implemented features perform reliably in production environments.
- Create and maintain clear user guides process documentation and configuration reference materials that help client teams adopt new features and follow best practices consistently.
- Deliver structured user training sessions and hands on workshops that enable business users to manage content independently and make effective use of Veeva Vault Promomats capabilities.
- Troubleshoot production issues by analyzing logs configuration and user actions then propose sustainable corrective measures and preventive improvements.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams including developers testers and infrastructure specialists to ensure coordinated delivery of enhancements in a hybrid work setup.
- Monitor solution performance and usage metrics to identify optimization opportunities and recommend incremental improvements that enhance user satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Advise clients on Veeva Vault and industry best practices for promotional material management supporting their compliance objectives and long term digital transformation goals.
- Contribute to internal knowledge sharing by documenting lessons learned reusable assets and configuration patterns that strengthen the organization capability in Veeva Vault Promomats.
Qualifications
- Possess professional experience of six to nine years in enterprise content management or life sciences technology consulting with significant focus on regulated promotional material processes.
- Demonstrate strong hands on expertise in configuring and maintaining Veeva Vault Promomats including document types lifecycles workflows roles and permission models.
- Show proven ability to work with life sciences or healthcare clients and understand their compliance marketing and medical review requirements in detail.
- Exhibit solid knowledge of software development lifecycle concepts and agile delivery practices to collaborate effectively with technical and business teams in hybrid work environments.
- Display proficiency in analyzing complex business requirements and converting them into practical solution designs configuration changes and integration specifications.
- Utilize excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to facilitate workshops clarify expectations and ensure alignment on solution outcomes.
- Apply practical experience with validation documentation user acceptance testing and change control processes typically required in regulated environments.
- Employ strong problem solving and analytical abilities to diagnose configuration issues data inconsistencies and workflow bottlenecks within Veeva Vault Promomats.
- Bring familiarity with related tools such as other Veeva Vault applications CRM platforms or content management systems which complements Promomats implementations.
- Maintain willingness to upskill through certifications training and hands on experimentation in Veeva and adjacent technologies to stay current with platform capabilities.
- Value working in a hybrid model with day shifts while collaborating across global teams and demonstrating flexibility to support critical releases or defect resolutions during business hours.
- Prefer exposure to life sciences promotional review marketing operations or digital asset management domains which helps in understanding end user scenarios and business KPIs.
Certifications Required
Veeva Vault Administrator or Veeva Certified Vault Platform Associate or equivalent Veeva Vault Promomats certification preferred.
