Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $140,000/Year to $180,000/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.

Responsibilities
- Drive end to end execution of large scale digital marketing programs by defining scope timelines milestones and success metrics that align with strategic business goals
- Coordinate cross functional teams in marketing technology data and operations to ensure timely delivery of email and digital campaigns powered by Adobe Journey Optimizer
- Establish robust program governance structures through standardized status reviews risk registers decision logs and clear ownership of deliverables
- Monitor program health using measurable indicators for schedule quality budget and campaign performance and implement corrective actions to maintain stability
- Optimize workflows for email marketing technology by mapping processes identifying bottlenecks and introducing continuous improvement practices
- Guide stakeholders on best practices for audience segmentation personalization and orchestration of journeys using Adobe Journey Optimizer capabilities
- Partner with marketing and product teams to translate digital marketing objectives into executable program roadmaps with realistic dependencies and release plans
- Develop and distribute concise program communication artifacts including status updates executive summaries risk alerts and release calendars tailored to varied stakeholder groups
- Ensure compliance with enterprise security privacy and consent standards in all email and online marketing initiatives while coordinating with legal and risk partners
- Align vendor and partner deliverables with internal timelines by maintaining clear contracts service expectations and integration checkpoints
- Track benefits realization by linking program outcomes to key performance indicators such as engagement uplift conversion rates operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Mentor project managers and specialists within the program by sharing proven program management techniques tools and templates focused on disciplined execution
- Coordinate adoption of hybrid work practices by defining collaboration rhythms tooling standards and communication norms that sustain high productivity in day shift operations
- Drive integration of program outcomes into business as usual teams by planning transition activities knowledge transfer and operational readiness reviews
Qualifications
- Demonstrate extensive experience in program execution with at least eighteen years managing complex technology enabled initiatives in large scale organizations
- Show deep proficiency in establishing program governance frameworks including steering forums reporting structures risk management practices and escalation protocols
- Exhibit strong expertise in program communication by preparing clear narratives dashboards and outcomes focused updates for diverse stakeholder audiences
- Apply hands on experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer or similar enterprise journey orchestration platforms to design scalable and resilient marketing solutions
- Bring proven experience in email marketing technology including campaign management deliverability monitoring list hygiene and integration with upstream and downstream platforms
- Display solid background in online and digital marketing covering customer lifecycle strategies experimentation frameworks channel mix optimization and analytics interpretation
- Utilize advanced skills in planning and dependency management using widely adopted program management tools while maintaining disciplined documentation and traceability
- Leverage strong analytical skills to interpret campaign performance data identify root causes of issues and recommend pragmatic enhancements to improve outcomes
- Communicate effectively in hybrid work settings through structured meetings clear documentation and appropriate use of collaboration tools to maintain alignment across teams
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities in a global environment while maintaining focus on delivering business value and safeguarding customer experience
- Build constructive relationships with stakeholders vendors and technical teams by demonstrating credibility accountability and problem solving orientation
- Sustain commitment to ongoing learning by keeping current with emerging trends in marketing technology data privacy and program management frameworks
Certifications Required
Preferred certifications include Program Management Professional
