Job Summary

Serve as a senior product architect in the investment services group shaping scalable solutions on Eagle platforms for fund and investment accounting and reference data while applying deep Oracle and PL SQL expertise. Collaborate across technology and operations teams in a hybrid work model to design architectures that enhance data quality operational efficiency and regulatory alignment for global asset management clients.

Responsibilities

• Design target state product architectures for Eagle based fund and investment accounting platforms that optimize data integrity performance and scalability for complex asset management operations.
• Define and document detailed solution designs using Oracle and PL SQL that align with enterprise standards and enable robust processing of high volume transactional and position data.
• Collaborate with business and operations partners to translate accounting and reference data needs into clear architectural blueprints that can be reliably implemented and maintained.
• Guide technical teams in structuring Eagle data models and workflows for fund accounting so that net asset value calculations fee processing and reporting are accurate and timely.
• Optimize PL SQL procedures packages and database structures to improve throughput reduce batch windows and support real time or near real time processing where required.
• Coordinate cross functional impact assessments for proposed product changes to ensure upstream and downstream Eagle components continue to operate reliably and remain aligned with data governance expectations.
• Establish architectural guardrails for Eagle reference data configurations in the reference data center domain so that securities counterparties and pricing data remain consistent across consuming systems.
• Evaluate design options for new features or enhancements by balancing performance cost maintainability and regulatory considerations across the Eagle and Oracle technology stack.
• Review solution designs data mappings and technical specifications produced by development teams to confirm alignment with the approved architectural vision and nonfunctional requirements.
• Work closely with environment and infrastructure teams to ensure Eagle applications and Oracle databases are deployed with appropriate capacity resilience and observability capabilities.
• Partner with enterprise risk and compliance stakeholders to embed controls for data lineage reconciliation and auditability into Eagle product designs that support regulatory and client reporting obligations.
• Support incident and problem analysis for complex production issues by tracing data and process flows across Eagle components and Oracle layers to identify root causes and structural fixes.
• Provide architectural guidance on hybrid work collaboration practices so distributed teams can effectively coordinate design reviews backlog refinement and knowledge sharing across locations.

Qualifications

• Combine more than fifteen years of progressive experience in enterprise scale financial technology with a deep focus on product architecture and solution design for investment platforms.
• Demonstrate extensive hands on expertise in PL SQL development and Oracle database engineering including performance optimization complex query design and secure data handling.
• Bring proven experience implementing and enhancing Eagle based fund and investment accounting solutions covering valuation income processing corporate actions and financial reporting.
• Show strong practical knowledge of Eagle reference data center capabilities including security master management pricing integration and golden source design principles.
• Apply broad understanding of buy side and asset servicing business processes so architectural choices directly support accurate accounting risk transparency and investor reporting.
• Exhibit advanced skills in requirements analysis solution documentation and stakeholder communication that enable clear traceability from business needs to architectural decisions.
• Maintain familiarity with modern integration patterns relational data modeling and performance engineering practices relevant to large scale Oracle and Eagle deployments.
