Consulting Analyst role in a global organization focusing on end to end business analysis and planning for complex transformation programs in hybrid work model. The role involves detailed requirements gathering using agile practices and collaboration with cross functional teams to design scalable solutions that enhance operational efficiency within industrial manufacturing and automotive contexts.
Responsibilities
Conduct detailed business analysis to understand client objectives and translate them into structured and prioritised requirements that guide delivery teams toward measurable outcomesDevelop clear business planning artefacts including process maps and requirement backlogs that provide strong alignment between client strategy and solution designCollaborate with product owners and stakeholders in agile environments to refine user stories and acceptance criteria ensuring that requirements are testable traceable and feasibleCoordinate requirements gathering workshops interviews and observation sessions to capture end user needs and transform them into comprehensive documentation used across project phasesValidate captured requirements against business goals and constraints to ensure that proposed solutions deliver tangible value and minimise delivery riskManage agile requirements throughout the lifecycle by maintaining backlogs tracking changes and supporting impact assessments for scope and priority adjustmentsPrepare and present analytical findings dashboards and requirement summaries that support informed decision making by client and internal leadership teamsPartner with solution architects and technical teams to clarify functional and non functional requirements ensuring that technical designs remain aligned with business expectationsSupport test planning by reviewing test scenarios and traceability matrices to confirm that all critical requirements are adequately covered and that defects are tied back to original needsEngage with industrial manufacturing and automotive domain stakeholders to understand operational processes and integrate industry practices into requirement definitions and solution optionsContribute to continuous improvement initiatives by capturing lessons learned from each engagement and recommending enhancements to methods templates and tools used for business analysisCoordinate with distributed teams in hybrid work settings using digital collaboration tools to maintain transparency on requirements status risks and dependenciesDocument current and future state processes and data flows to provide clear visibility into how proposed changes will impact operations customers and partnersSupport change management activities by preparing requirement centric communication material that helps users understand upcoming changes and benefits
Qualifications
Posess extensive experience in business analysis and planning including creation of requirement backlogs process documentation and analytical reports for complex projectsDemonstrate strong capability in agile requirements management with hands on exposure to sprints backlog refinement user story writing and collaboration with scrum teamsApply proven expertise in requirements gathering through workshops interviews document analysis and observation techniques tailored to diverse stakeholder groupsBring practical exposure to industrial manufacturing or automotive industry processes such as production planning supply chain operations or quality management as a beneficial domain skillShow advanced proficiency in written and spoken English with ability to produce clear documentation and facilitate discussions across global cross functional teamsUtilise strong problem solving skills and structured thinking to break down ambiguous business challenges into actionable and prioritised requirements that drive project successExhibit adaptability to hybrid working models by effectively managing time communication and collaboration using digital platforms while maintaining high productivity and stakeholder engagement
