Serve as a Senior Model Builder specializing in Anaplan within a global hybrid work environment designing and optimizing connected planning models that support strategic and operational decisions for business stakeholders while ensuring scalable solutions smooth user adoption and measurable business value across the organization.
Responsibilities
Design Anaplan models that address complex business planning scenarios while ensuring scalability maintainability and alignment with stakeholder objectives in a hybrid work setting.Develop end to end Anaplan solutions that convert business requirements into efficient technical blueprints including modules lists hierarchies and calculation logic that support reliable planning cycles.Configure Anaplan data integrations that enable accurate and timely information flow between source systems and Anaplan models supporting enterprise reporting and analysis needs.Optimize Anaplan formulas and model structures to enhance performance reduce calculation time and improve the overall user experience for planning and forecasting activities.Collaborate with functional teams to interpret planning budgeting and forecasting requirements translating them into practical Anaplan model features that deliver clear business outcomes.Create comprehensive documentation for Anaplan models including design decisions calculation logic and operational guidelines to support lifecycle management and knowledge continuity.Guide business users through interactive working sessions to validate model designs prototypes and user journeys that improve planning usability and adoption.Build intuitive Anaplan dashboards and user interfaces that incorporate user experience principles and prototyping insights enabling clear visualization of key metrics and driver based scenarios.Perform model testing validation and defect resolution activities that safeguard data integrity calculation accuracy and compliance with internal standards.Provide ongoing Anaplan model support by troubleshooting issues analyzing root causes and implementing sustainable enhancements that improve reliability over time.Coordinate with project managers and cross functional teams to plan and execute Anaplan delivery milestones within agreed timelines in a predictable day shift schedule.Support lifecycle management activities by assessing the impact of model changes planning version upgrades and promoting reusable design patterns across the Anaplan landscape.Prepare and deliver training sessions and user guides that enable business stakeholders to confidently use Anaplan solutions and understand the impact of their planning decisions.
Qualifications
Showcase proven experience of at least six years in Anaplan solution design model building and deployment across medium to large scale planning initiatives.Demonstrate strong skills in analyzing business planning processes and converting them into structured Anaplan model architectures that align with leading practices.Exhibit capability in lifecycle management concepts such as change assessment release planning and controlled promotion of Anaplan enhancements across environments.Apply user experience and prototyping approaches when designing dashboards and workflows so that planning processes become intuitive and efficient for business users.Utilize solid understanding of data modeling and integration concepts to connect Anaplan with enterprise data sources while maintaining data quality and consistency.Communicate effectively with stakeholders at various levels presenting Anaplan solutions explaining planning logic and gathering feedback in a clear and inclusive manner.Adapt to a hybrid work model by collaborating seamlessly through remote tools and onsite interactions while maintaining accountability for deliverables and documentation.
