About the role
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Functional Lead with deep expertise in Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM) Cloud to lead end-to-end supply chain transformation initiatives. This role will serve as the principal domain expert and trusted client advisor, responsible for driving solution design, implementation, and delivery across Oracle SCM Cloud modules while ensuring successful execution of complex, multi-workstream programs.
In this role you will
- Lead end-to-end functional architecture across Oracle SCM Cloud modules including Inventory, Costing, Manufacturing, PIM, Order Management, Pricing, Shipping, and Procurement
- Design enterprise supply chain structures including Legal Entities, Business Units, Inventory Organizations, and Item Master Organizations aligned to business models
- Develop key functional documentation including BRDs, FDDs, SDDs, and PDDs
- Define and manage item strategies including item structures, item classes, catalog management, and product data governance in Oracle Product Hub
- Architect costing strategies including standard, actual, and average costing aligned with finance and operational requirements
- Lead delivery across all project phases including requirements gathering, CRP, SIT, UAT, cutover, and go-live support
- Configure Oracle SCM Cloud modules and maintain configuration workbooks across environments
- Facilitate workshops, UAT sessions, and stakeholder discussions with business and technical teams
- Define and execute data migration strategies for SCM data such as item master, BOMs, inventory, purchase orders, sales orders, and supplier data
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align supply chain processes with business objectives and transformation goals
Work Model: Remote with Milestone travel to NYC
What you need to have to be considered
- Strong experience in Oracle SCM Cloud implementations (ERP Cloud experience is mandatory)
- Expertise across SCM modules including Inventory, Costing, Manufacturing, PIM, Order Management, Pricing, Shipping, and Procurement
- Experience in supply chain network design and enterprise structure setup
- Proven experience in SCM data migration and data conversion strategies
- Knowledge of reporting tools such as OTBI and OAC for supply chain KPIs
- Experience supporting multi-country rollouts and global implementations
- Strong functional expertise with ability to translate business needs into scalable solutions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
These will help you stand out
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Master’s degree (MBA, MSc Supply Chain, or Operations Management) preferred
- Experience leading large-scale transformation programs across multiple geographies
- Strong consulting mindset with ability to advise senior stakeholders

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $83,250–$112,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
