Position Summary:
A highly experienced Senior Functional Architect with deep expertise in Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) and end-to-end Oracle Cloud HCM solutioning. Responsible for translating complex business requirements into scalable human capital solutions, leveraging generative AI to enhance hiring and talent journeys. This role owns the full solution lifecycle—from requirements through deployment—and brings strong functional expertise across Core HR, OTL, Absence, Benefits, Compensation, and Performance, along with the leadership capabilities to drive complex global implementations.
In this role you will:
• Lead end-to-end functional architecture across Oracle HCM Cloud modules: Core HR, ORC, OTL & Absence, Benefits, Compensation, and Performance Management
• Conduct discovery sessions with stakeholders to translate recruiting and talent needs into scalable functional designs
• Design end-to-end Oracle Recruiting Cloud solutions enabling efficient hiring, onboarding, and career development
• Configure ORC components including requisitions, candidate lifecycle, job offers, and evaluation workflows
• Define and optimize Oracle HCM approval workflows ensuring governance, speed, and auditability
• Design Oracle HCM Journeys for onboarding, internal mobility, and employee development
• Develop enterprise HCM structures and author BRDs, FDDs, SDDs, and PDDs
• Lead delivery across all phases: Requirements, CRP, SIT, UAT, Cutover, and Go-Live Support
• Configure Oracle HCM modules and maintain configuration workbooks with version control
• Facilitate CRP workshops, UAT sessions, and process walkthroughs with stakeholders
• Manage data migration strategy for HCM master and transactional data
• Oversee RICEW objects ensuring alignment with functional requirements
• Manage scope, risks, and issue resolution while providing regular status updates
• Apply generative AI to improve recruiting processes, job descriptions, and candidate engagement
• Collaborate with technical teams for integrations with payroll, HR systems, and job boards
• Create detailed functional documentation for consistent delivery across regions
• Support change management by aligning solution design with business transformation goals
• Drive testing lifecycle, defect management, and deployment readiness
• Provide training and knowledge transfer to recruiters, HR, and managers
• Monitor KPIs such as time-to-hire and recommend continuous improvements
• Ensure compliance with data privacy, accessibility, and ethical AI standards
What you need to have to be considered
• Extensive experience in Oracle Recruiting Cloud implementation and best practices
• Strong hands-on expertise in ORC configuration and troubleshooting
• Deep understanding of Oracle HCM approval workflows and governance models
• Experience designing Oracle HCM Journeys for employee lifecycle events
• Working knowledge of generative AI applications in recruiting and talent processes
• Experience in transformation programs with focus on adoption and process improvement

Salary and Other Compensation
The annual salary ranges from $100,890 to $138,000 depending on experience and qualifications. Eligible for discretionary annual incentive program.
