Responsibilities : -Lead the end to end data and analytics architecture strategy for banking platforms by aligning Temenos analytics and Temenos data hub capabilities with business goals to deliver reliable and scalable insight driven solutions. -Design enterprise grade data models and integration patterns across core banking channels and analytics domains to ensure consistent trusted and reusable data assets for reporting and advanced analysis. -Define target state blueprints for Temenos analytics components and data hub implementations that balance performance cost security and maintainability across multiple markets and business units. -Guide solution teams in implementing data ingestion transformation and consumption flows that maximize the value of Temenos data and analytics tooling while minimizing technical debt and operational risk. -Review and approve high level and low level technical designs related to data pipelines semantic layers and analytics services to ensure compliance with enterprise architecture principles and regulatory expectations. -Establish standards for data quality metadata management lineage tracking and observability so that stakeholders can trust analytics outputs for regulatory reporting and strategic decision making. -Collaborate with product owners business analysts and engineering squads to translate complex data and analytics requirements into practical technical designs that are feasible within project constraints. -Provide expert guidance on performance tuning capacity planning and optimization of Temenos analytics and data hub deployments to ensure responsive dashboards and timely data availability. -Drive adoption of secure by design and privacy aware patterns in all data and analytics solutions by embedding controls for access management data masking and retention aligned with policy. -Coordinate with infrastructure and platform teams to define reference architectures for on premise and cloud hosted Temenos analytics landscapes that support high availability and disaster recovery objectives. -Mentor senior engineers and architects in modern data architecture practices encouraging experimentation with new analytics capabilities while maintaining strong governance and architectural consistency. -Communicate complex architectural decisions and tradeoffs in a clear and structured manner to senior stakeholders so that investment choices around data and analytics platforms are well informed. -Continuously evaluate emerging data technologies and patterns in the banking domain and propose pragmatic enhancements to the current architecture roadmap that improve client value and societal impact. -Qualifications -Require extensive experience of eighteen to twenty two years in enterprise scale data and analytics architecture with significant exposure to banking or financial services environments. -Require proven hands on expertise in Temenos analytics solutions including configuration performance tuning and integration with core banking and surrounding systems. -Require strong practical experience in Temenos data hub implementation including data ingestion transformation design orchestration and governance capabilities. -Require deep understanding of data warehousing dimensional modeling and data lake concepts with the ability to choose appropriate patterns based on regulatory and business needs. -Require solid knowledge of structured query languages and modern data processing frameworks to effectively review technical designs and guide engineering teams toward efficient implementations. -Require demonstrated experience in defining enterprise data standards covering data quality metadata lineage security and reference data management within complex organizations. -Nice to have experience with advanced analytics and reporting tools that commonly integrate with Temenos ecosystems such as mainstream visualization platforms and enterprise reporting engines. -Nice to have exposure to cloud based data platforms and containerized deployment models that can host Temenos analytics workloads with elastic scaling and automated recovery. -Nice to have strong communication and stakeholder management skills that enable effective collaboration with diverse business and technology groups in a work from office and day shift context. -Nice to have background in regulatory reporting risk analytics or financial performance management that helps align architectural decisions with compliance and societal trust objectives. 9.
