Job Summary
This hybrid night shift position in policy servicing focuses on accurate processing of changes and endorsements using office productivity tools for an international insurance client. The role involves careful review of policy data timely execution of service requests and clear documentation to support business continuity. Responsibilities
- Review policy servicing requests for changes and endorsements to ensure that all required information is complete accurate and compliant with defined servicing guidelines before processing begins.
- Process policy changes and endorsements using office productivity tools with strong attention to detail so that all updates are recorded correctly in the relevant systems and documents.
- Validate customer and policy data by cross checking multiple internal sources and reference documents to minimize errors and avoid rework during the endorsement lifecycle.
- Document each servicing activity in a clear and structured manner so that audit trails remain complete and support easy tracking of historical changes for business stakeholders.
- Communicate clearly in written and spoken English with internal teams to clarify incomplete instructions or inconsistent data and to ensure that service requests are fully understood before execution.
- Escalate any policy servicing issues missing information or potential risks promptly to supervisors or designated contacts so that they can be resolved without delaying service level commitments.
- Adhere strictly to night shift schedules turnaround time targets and productivity expectations while maintaining accuracy in all servicing tasks to support global business operations.
- Follow established standard operating procedures and compliance rules for policy servicing to ensure that all changes and endorsements align with regulatory and client specific requirements.
- Use office productivity tools to prepare update and format policy documents spreadsheets and logs that track the progress and status of servicing work in a consistent manner.
- Monitor personal work queues and task lists proactively throughout the night shift so that high priority policy changes and endorsements are handled in a timely sequence.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing observations on recurring issues in policy change requests and by suggesting practical refinements to templates or checklists.
- Support team members by sharing knowledge of servicing procedures and system steps when needed so that overall team performance and service quality remain stable.
- Participate in training sessions and self learning activities to strengthen understanding of changes and endorsements processes and to stay aligned with evolving client expectations.
Qualifications
- Possess foundational experience or academic exposure in office productivity tools and show the ability to create update and analyze documents and spreadsheets with accuracy.
- Demonstrate working knowledge of policy changes and endorsements in an insurance servicing context and show the ability to apply guidelines to real case scenarios.
- Exhibit strong communication skills in reading writing and speaking English to interpret servicing instructions and to document outcomes in a clear and concise manner.
- Show high attention to detail numerical accuracy and data validation skills so that policy records and endorsement summaries remain reliable and error free.
- Display willingness to work in a hybrid model and night shift environment while maintaining consistent productivity and adherence to company attendance expectations.
- Adapt quickly to new tools process updates and quality feedback so that servicing performance improves over time and continues to support client objectives.
