Senior Software Engineer (.NET & React)
About the Role
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will make an impact by designing, building, and optimizing enterprise-grade applications using C#, .NET Core, .NET Framework, React.js, and modern JavaScript. You will be a valued member of the engineering team, collaborating with product managers, architects, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performing digital solutions.
In This Role, You Will:
- Design and develop scalable enterprise applications using C#, .NET Core, and .NET Framework to support critical business operations.
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services that enable seamless integration between systems and front-end applications.
- Develop modern, responsive user interfaces using React.js, JavaScript ES5/ES6, and contemporary front-end development practices.
- Enhance application performance, reliability, and maintainability through code optimization, refactoring, and adoption of engineering best practices.
- Partner with product managers, architects, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust technical solutions and deliver high-quality software in an Agile environment.

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position in Hardfort, CT requiring 3 days attendance at a client office. What You Need to Have to Be Considered
- Extensive experience developing enterprise applications using C#, .NET Core, and .NET Framework.
- Strong proficiency in React.js, JavaScript (ES5/ES6), and modern front-end development methodologies.
- Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs, microservices, and system integrations.
- Solid understanding of software engineering principles, object-oriented design patterns, testing methodologies, and secure coding practices.
- Experience working in Agile development environments, utilizing version control systems and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
These Will Help You Stand Out
- Experience with cloud-native application development and deployment.
- Knowledge of application monitoring, logging, and performance optimization practices.
- Experience creating automated testing frameworks and improving test coverage across front-end and back-end solutions.
- Familiarity with scalable architecture patterns and enterprise security standards.
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate or other relevant Microsoft/.NET or cloud certifications.
