As a Senior UiPath Automation Engineer/Architect, you will design, build and deliver enterprise-grade automation solutions using UiPath Studio, Orchestrator Maestro, and the broader UiPath platform. You will help create scalable, secure and well-governed automations that improve efficiency, quality and business outcomes for clients.
This role suits an experienced RPA professional having ML/Agentic AI experience with strong hands-on skills across attended, unattended, long-running, event-driven workflows and building custom machine learning models and AI agents. You will also work with UiPath Maestro, agentic workflows, human-in-the-loop patterns, APIs, webhooks, Integration Service, LLM integration, Document Understanding and AI Center. Experience in the insurance industry is required for this role.
You will contribute across the full delivery lifecycle, including estimation, solution design, planning, UAT, deployment, production support and continuous optimization. Success requires sound technical judgement, clear communication and the ability to translate business needs into reliable, maintainable automation solutions.

Duties and Responsibilities:
•Design, develop and deploy end-to-end automation solutions using UiPath and Intelligent automation technologies.
•Build hybrid attended, unattended and long-running workflows using UiPath Assistant, Studio, Orchestrator, UiPath Apps, Action Center and other modern UiPath services like Maestro.
•Integrate LLM (Azure OpenAI, OpenAI GPT, Gemini, Claude or similar) into RPA workflows to automate complex use cases such as classification, document processing, summarization and decision support.
•Implement intelligent document processing using Document Understanding, OCR Engines, ML Extractors, AI Centre, for LLM-powered use cases.
•Build re-usable common workflows, libraries and frameworks.
•Build human-in-the loop patterns for collecting human feedback for automation processes.
•Implement auto-learning mechanisms to assist continuous improvement of machine learning models and agents.
•Customized OCR to improve the quality of documents programmatically and as a result improve model accuracy.
•Build customized machine learning models and agents using Python for complex automation processes.
•Perform peer review of UiPath code and workflows to assist with maintaining the quality of the code.
•Create architecture for meta-driven automation framework for dynamically executing workflows.
•Build agentic automation solutions using UiPath Maestro, UiPath Apps, Action Center enabling multi-agent orchestration and human-in-the-loop workflows.
•Develop agentic processes leveraging RPA, APIs, business rules, and LLM capabilities for intelligent decision-making.
•Implement scalable integration with REST/SOAP, webhooks, Graph API, UiPath Integration Service for enterprise systems and MQ Messaging system using .NET Assemblies within UiPath.
•Build complex Apps in UiPath Apps, and UiPath Studio.
•Investigate UiPath products and collaborate with UiPath team to improve the product and customize it as per process requirements.
•Build customized UiPath App templates using HTML, JavaScript, CSS and build process around it using RPA Standards.
•Build custom Action Dashboards and Insights for business and use team teams.
•Build complex agents and NLP for complex use cases and integrate with Action Centre to collect human feedback across the process.
•Develop secure automation pipelines leveraging Azure Key and other password retrieval methods for security purposes.
•Develop API-first automation architecture to minimize the dependence on UI Automation within the process.
•Build enterprise grade Reframe work supporting multi-tenant execution, dynamic queue allocation, centralized exception handling, and flexible configuration.
•Develop custom logging framework to save the data on Splunk, Elasticsearch using JSON telemetry.
•Implement automated unit testing, workflow validation and package signing before deployment into Orchestrator environment.
•Develop automated health-monitoring bots to detect robot degradation and initiating self-recovery workflows.
•Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable automation and AI-driven solutions.
•Present the solutions to wider dev community and SMEs.
•Estimate effort, plan deliveries, and ensure milestones are met.
•Support UAT, deployment, and production support including issue resolution and optimization.
•Mentor junior developers and drive capability uplift in Agentic AI and modern automation practices.
•Ensure compliance with security, governance, and SDLC standards.
