- Make critical decisions between code and configuration approaches, ensuring optimal system performance and maintainability.
- Build applications utilizing APEX and Lightning, adhering to technology best practices.
- Design and develop integration solutions using Web Service APIs, REST, and SOAP APIs.
- Guide and mentor teams to ensure application configurations meet the highest standards and business needs.
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to translate business requirements into effective system architecture and code.
- Obtain accurate estimates for functional and technical designs, development, testing, and training efforts.

- 8+ years of experience with Salesforce, including decision-making between code and configuration.
- 6+ years of experience building business solutions using Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud on Lightning.
- 3+ years of experience with integrations to third-party applications.
- 3-4 years of experience designing and developing integration solutions using Web Service APIs, REST, and SOAP APIs.
- Experience with the design and execution of technology best practices.
- Experience working with cross-matrixed teams, clients, and offshore teams.
- Salesforce Certifications: Platform Developer I, Integration Architect, Salesforce Administrator.
- Knowledge of Agile methodology and sprint-based project delivery.
- Ability to work closely with functional teams to understand business needs and with technical teams to deliver system architecture and code that meets business requirements.
- Ability to guide teams to ensure application configurations are of the highest standard and meet business needs.
- Responsible for obtaining accurate estimates for functional and technical designs, development, testing, and training efforts.
- Demonstrated leadership in guiding teams and ensuring high-quality application configurations.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with both business and technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to deliver integration solutions in complex, matrixed environments.
- Experience in mentoring and developing team members.
- Advanced knowledge of Salesforce integration patterns and best practices.
