About the Role
As an Operations Analyst – Supplier Onboarding, TPRM & Contract Lifecycle (Associate),
you will support the end-to-end delivery of Supplier Onboarding, Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM), and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) within Cognizant's Global Procurement organization. You will work closely with requesters, suppliers, Legal teams, and risk stakeholders while leveraging SAP Ariba and ServiceNow (SNOW) to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant procurement operations.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop expertise in procurement operations, supplier management, third-party risk processes, and contract lifecycle management while working with globally visible processes and market-leading source-to-pay technologies.
In this role, you will:
- Execute supplier onboarding activities in SAP Ariba, including supplier registration, qualification, and vendor master maintenance.
- Create, triage, manage, and resolve procurement operations cases in ServiceNow (SNOW) within defined service levels.
- Initiate, coordinate, and track third-party risk assessments while collecting and validating supplier documentation.
- Support contract lifecycle activities within Ariba Contracts, including contract intake, metadata maintenance, and renewal tracking.
- Maintain supplier, risk, and contract data while ensuring data accuracy, validation, cleansing, compliance, and operational excellence.
What you must have to be considered
- Bachelor’s degree (mandatory).
- Hands-on working knowledge of SAP Ariba and ServiceNow (SNOW).
- Good understanding of supplier onboarding and procurement operations processes.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and documentation discipline.
- Good communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively across multiple stakeholder groups.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Fair to good experience in procurement or sourcing operations, including exposure to supplier onboarding, TPRM, or contract administration.
- A strong sense of ownership, desire to create meaningful outcomes, and commitment to delivering high-quality results.

- Exposure to Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) processes.
- Exposure to Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM).
- Familiarity with source-to-pay (S2P) or procure-to-pay (P2P) operations within an IT services environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
