Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and client-focused Project Manager with 12+ years of experience in the Learning and Development industry to lead the successful delivery of learning transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in eLearning development, Learning Management Systems (LMS), Learning Experience Platforms (LXP), content migration, digital learning programs, and client engagement.
The role requires strong program and project management capabilities, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to drive large-scale learning technology implementations and migration programs while ensuring delivery excellence, customer satisfaction, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Project & Program Management
- Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple learning and technology projects from initiation through closure.
- Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Manage project scope, timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
- Ensure successful delivery of projects within agreed quality, cost, and schedule parameters.
- Establish project governance and provide regular executive-level status reporting.
LMS, LXP & Learning Technology Management
- Lead implementation, enhancement, and support projects for LMS and LXP platforms.
- Manage platform upgrades, integrations, migrations, and change management initiatives.
- Collaborate with technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to define solution requirements.
- Drive adoption and optimization of learning technologies to improve learner engagement and business outcomes.
Content Migration & Transformation
- Lead large-scale migration projects involving learning content, curricula, learner records, and metadata.
- Define migration strategies, data validation processes, testing approaches, and cutover plans.
- Manage risks associated with learning platform transitions and modernization initiatives.
- Ensure seamless learner experience during migration programs.
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and executive stakeholders.
- Understand client business objectives and recommend strategic learning solutions.
- Conduct governance meetings, steering committee reviews, and executive presentations.
- Manage client escalations and drive timely resolution of issues.
- Build long-term client relationships focused on value delivery and customer satisfaction.
Delivery Excellence
- Establish and monitor project KPIs, SLAs, productivity metrics, and quality standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and adoption of best practices.
- Ensure compliance with organizational processes, governance standards, and delivery frameworks.
- Identify and mitigate project risks proactively.
Team Leadership
- Lead cross-functional teams consisting of instructional designers, developers, LMS administrators, business analysts, and technical specialists.
- Mentor project managers, team leads, and delivery teams.
- Support workforce planning, resource allocation, utilization management, and capability development.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation.
Financial Management
- Manage project budgets, forecasting, revenue tracking, and profitability.
- Monitor resource utilization and drive financial performance.
- Support contract management, change requests, and invoicing activities.
- Ensure achievement of project financial targets and margin goals.
Presales & Solutioning
- Participate in RFPs, proposals, client presentations, and solution workshops.
- Provide effort estimates, project plans, and implementation strategies.
- Support business development and account growth initiatives.
- Contribute to go-to-market strategies and learning transformation offerings.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Technology, Business Administration, Education, Learning Technologies, or related discipline.
- MBA or Master's degree preferred.
Experience
- 12+ years of project/program management experience in the Learning & Development industry.
- Proven experience managing global learning transformation programs.
- Hands-on experience with LMS and LXP implementations and migrations.
- Experience managing distributed and cross-functional teams.

Work as a content consultant in a hybrid day shift role handling project estimation and project management activities for complex content programs in a global MNC environment. Partner with cross functional teams to design scalable content solutions that align with client needs improve delivery quality enhance operational efficiency and contribute to consistent business growth and positive societal impact.
Responsibilities
- Manage end to end content consulting projects by defining scope estimating effort planning workstreams and coordinating delivery to ensure predictable outcomes and customer satisfaction.
- Develop detailed project estimations for content production and transformation initiatives by analyzing scope drivers workflow complexity resource mix and risk factors to create realistic and defensible estimates.
- Create structured project plans that align activities milestones dependencies and resource allocations to meet agreed timelines and budget constraints for content solutions.
- Monitor project progress against baselines by tracking schedule cost and quality metrics and by adjusting plans to maintain alignment with business goals.
- Coordinate with cross functional stakeholders such as content strategists editors designers engineers and quality teams to align priorities and remove delivery blockers.
- Design and refine standardized processes for content development review approval and publishing that promote consistency efficiency and regulatory compliance.
