About the Role
The Integration Consultant will support customers with the design, configuration, implementation, and support of integrations using Planview as the integration platform to connect UiPath Test Cloud with third-party enterprise systems.
This role is responsible for helping customers connect testing processes, requirements, work items, defects, execution results, reporting, and downstream workflows across their existing technology ecosystem through Planview-led integrations.
The consultant will work closely with customers, partners, UiPath account teams, Planview resources, product, support, and engineering to ensure integrations are implemented successfully, aligned to business requirements, and support measurable

Roles & Responsibilities (Day-to-Day Activities)
- Lead and support customer engagements involving integrations between UiPath Test Cloud and third-party enterprise applications using the Planview Integration Platform.
- Gather, analyze, and document business and technical integration requirements, including data mapping, workflows, authentication methods, and success criteria.
- Design, configure, implement, and validate integration solutions that support test management, requirements traceability, defect tracking, and workflow automation.
- Collaborate with customers, partners, architects, and technical teams to ensure successful delivery of integration projects.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues related to APIs, connectivity, authentication, data synchronization, and system configurations.
- Support integrations with enterprise platforms such as Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, SAP, Workday, Salesforce, Oracle, and CI/CD tools.
- Create and maintain technical documentation including solution designs, integration specifications, test plans, and deployment guides.
- Provide regular project status updates, risk assessments, and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Develop reusable integration templates, best practices, and implementation playbooks to improve delivery efficiency.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, knowledge sharing, and integration delivery standards.
Required Qualifications (Must-Have Skills & Experience)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years of experience in integration consulting, systems integration, technical consulting, software implementation, or related roles.
- Experience designing, implementing, or supporting integrations using Planview or similar enterprise integration platforms.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, web services, integration patterns, authentication methods, and middleware technologies.
- Experience working with enterprise applications such as Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, SAP, Workday, Salesforce, Oracle, or similar platforms.
- Proficiency in data mapping, transformation logic, synchronization processes, and integration testing.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills related to APIs, connectivity, security, permissions, and data flows.
- Working knowledge of scripting or programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, Java, .NET, Node.js, PowerShell, or Bash.
- Knowledge of SQL, databases, and data validation techniques.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, documentation, and presentation skills with the ability to work independently in customer-facing environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with the Planview Integration Platform.
- Experience with UiPath Test Cloud, UiPath Test Suite, UiPath Automation Cloud, UiPath Studio, or UiPath Orchestrator.
- Experience integrating testing, ALM, defect management, and project management platforms.
- Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, and enterprise software delivery methodologies.
- Experience supporting integrations involving Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, SAP, Workday, Salesforce, or Oracle.
- Knowledge of enterprise security concepts including OAuth, SSO, API tokens, service accounts, and role-based access controls.
- Experience in consulting, professional services, customer success, or partner-led implementation environments.
- Exposure to test automation, quality engineering, application lifecycle management, or digital transformation initiatives.
- Ability to create reusable integration frameworks, templates, and best-practice documentation.
- Experience mentoring junior consultants and collaborating across Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams.
Salary and Other Compensation

We regularly assess market data to ensure we offer a competitive compensation package for our associates. The base salary for this position ranges between $74,250 - $117,500 CAD per year.
Where the successful candidate may fall within the range depends on relevant education, work experience, leadership experience, and other business-related qualifications. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual performance-based bonus, as well as benefits that support your physical, mental, and financial wellbeing.
