About the role
As an SAP SD Consultant, you will make an impact by supporting the design, configuration, enhancement, and maintenance of SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) solutions that enable efficient Order-to-Cash (OTC) business processes. You will be a valued member of the SAP team and work collaboratively with senior consultants, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver reliable SAP solutions that support global business operations.
In this role, you will:
- Support the configuration and maintenance of SAP SD processes including sales orders, pricing, deliveries, billing, and returns.
- Assist in analyzing business requirements and translating them into functional specifications and system enhancements.
- Collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and IT teams to support integrated business processes.
- Participate in incident management, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution of SAP SD-related issues.
- Support testing activities, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing, to ensure successful solution delivery.
- Maintain process documentation, configuration records, and knowledge-sharing materials while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

What you need to have to be considered
- 1-3 years of experience working with SAP SD or SAP Order-to-Cash processes.
- Foundational knowledge of SAP Sales and Distribution modules, including sales orders, pricing, delivery, and billing processes.
- Experience supporting SAP enhancements, incidents, and day-to-day business operations.
- Understanding of SAP S/4HANA or ECC environments.
- Knowledge of business process analysis and functional documentation.
- Experience participating in testing activities and deployment support.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA implementations or support projects.
- Knowledge of Order-to-Cash business processes and best practices.
- Understanding of integration points between SAP SD and modules such as FI, MM, or WM.
- Experience supporting e-commerce or digital order management processes.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies.
- SAP SD-related training or certification progress.
- Strong customer service mindset and stakeholder engagement skills.
Certification
- SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP S/4HANA Sales preferred.
- Relevant SAP SD coursework, training, or certification in progress is a plus.
