About the role
As a Technical Project Manager - Agentic AI Platforms, you will make an impact by leading the strategy, delivery, and operationalization of enterprise AI products powered by large language models (LLMs), agentic workflows, and intelligent automation. You will be a valued member of the AI and Digital Engineering team and work collaboratively with Product, Engineering, Data/ML, Security, Operations, Legal, Compliance, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, reliable, and measurable AI-driven solutions.
In this role, you will:
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of Agentic AI products, from discovery and MVP through production deployment and continuous optimization.
- Translate business objectives into practical, scalable, and measurable agentic AI capabilities that drive business value.
- Lead cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Data Science, Security, Operations, and business functions to deliver successful outcomes.
- Define product strategies, roadmaps, requirements, user stories, success metrics, and delivery priorities.
- Drive the design and implementation of agentic workflows leveraging LLMs, retrieval systems, memory frameworks, tool orchestration, and multi-agent architectures.
- Establish governance, observability, operational readiness, and reliability practices to ensure secure and compliant enterprise AI solutions.

What you need to have to be considered
- 12+ years of experience in Technical Project Management, Program Management, or Project Management within enterprise software, platforms, or complex technology environments.
- Proven track record of delivering products from prototype through production with measurable business outcomes.
- Strong technical understanding of APIs, distributed systems, cloud architectures, SDLC, CI/CD, and operational readiness.
- Hands-on knowledge of LLMs and Agentic AI patterns, including retrieval, memory, planning and execution loops, tool usage, and multi-agent orchestration.
- Experience defining product vision, strategy, KPIs, success metrics, and delivery roadmaps.
- Strong background in Agile product delivery and cross-functional execution.
- Experience managing product backlogs, requirements, documentation, prioritization, and stakeholder alignment.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage telemetry, operational metrics, and business data to drive decisions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with enterprise security, governance, compliance, and risk management requirements.

- Experience building and scaling AI-powered products in enterprise environments.
- Knowledge of AI evaluation frameworks, responsible AI practices, and model governance.
- Experience with AI observability, monitoring, and operational excellence frameworks.
- Familiarity with vector databases, prompt engineering, RAG architectures, and agent frameworks.
- Experience working with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud AI ecosystems.
- Knowledge of MLOps, AI engineering, or Data Science delivery practices.
- Experience leading distributed global teams and large-scale transformation initiatives.
- Ability to balance innovation, risk management, cost optimization, and business outcomes in production AI environments.
