Project Manager

Job Summary

Service Manager will oversee end to end delivery of hybrid model mainframe application services using Cobol JCL DB2 Mainframe Utilities to ensure stable high quality business systems.

• Development: Design fine-tune and deploy machine learning and generative AI models.

• System Integration: Connect AI models and LLMs to backend software and APIs.

• Performance Optimization: Scale AI systems for speed accuracy and cost-efficiency..

Responsibilities

• Drive planning and execution of Artificial Intelligence projects by defining clear scope milestones and delivery plans that align with business objectives and client expectations.
• Coordinate cross functional teams including data experts engineers and business stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and timely resolution of project dependencies.
• Monitor project progress using standardized tracking methods and dashboards to provide transparent updates on risks issues and status to stakeholders.
• Manage project risks by identifying potential delivery obstacles early assessing impact and implementing mitigation actions that minimize disruption to timelines and quality.
• Optimize resource utilization by aligning tasks with skills managing workload and working with managers to address capacity gaps across the project lifecycle.
• Ensure project documentation such as plans status reports and closure reports is maintained with clear and accurate content that supports audits and future reuse.
• Coordinate with clients in the Artificial Intelligence space to clarify requirements validate acceptance criteria and confirm that outcomes meet stated business goals.
• Drive adherence to delivery governance processes by following organization standards for estimation change control financial tracking and quality checks.
• Enable smooth hybrid working by scheduling regular virtual and in person ceremonies that support collaboration decision making and progress tracking.
• Support integration of Artificial Intelligence solutions into existing enterprise systems by aligning technical activities testing schedules and rollout plans with client teams.
• Align Artificial Intelligence project outcomes with enterprise strategies such as digital transformation customer experience and operational efficiency to create measurable value.
• Collaborate with cards and payments stakeholders when applicable to ensure that Artificial Intelligence use cases respect regulatory expectations fraud prevention norms and transaction integrity.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned from each Artificial Intelligence initiative and sharing practical recommendations across teams.

Qualifications

• Require professional experience of at least five years in project management with a focus on technology or data intensive initiatives in complex environments.
• Require hands on experience managing Artificial Intelligence projects such as machine learning solutions intelligent automation or advanced analytics implementations.
• Require strong familiarity with project management methods that may include predictive and adaptive approaches and the ability to apply them pragmatically in hybrid work setups.
• Require proven ability to gather requirements from diverse stakeholders translate needs into clear delivery plans and maintain traceability through the project lifecycle.
• Require strong communication and facilitation skills to conduct meetings clarify expectations and manage conflicts in multicultural and distributed teams.
• Prefer prior exposure to cards and payments processes such as authorization flows transaction processing and risk assessment within financial institutions.
• Prefer understanding of data privacy compliance and security considerations relevant to Artificial Intelligence solutions in financial and customer centric domains.
• Prefer familiarity with collaboration tools project tracking platforms and documentation practices that support transparent reporting in hybrid work environments.
• Prefer relevant academic background such as engineering computer science information systems or business management with focus on technology projects.
