Principal Architect

Job Summary

Principal Architect role for a multinational organization requiring 13 to 15 years of experience in designing and evolving complex enterprise applications using C sharp and C plus plus SPLASH . The role focuses on defining application architecture guiding teams on implementation choices and ensuring scalable reliable and secure solutions in a hybrid work environment aligned with business goals and customer value.

Responsibilities

Domain Experience- Search Orchestration

• Define end to end application architecture using C sharp and C plus plus that aligns with enterprise standards while balancing performance scalability and maintainability needs
• Drive architectural decisions that optimize modular design reusability and long term sustainability of core platforms while reducing technical debt and operational risk
• Collaborate with product partners to translate business needs into clear architectural blueprints that support future enhancements and evolving customer expectations
• Review solution designs and code implementations to ensure adherence to architectural guidelines coding best practices and security standards across hybrid teams
• Provide hands on technical guidance in C sharp and C plus plus to engineering teams by clarifying patterns frameworks and integration strategies for complex components
• Design robust integration patterns for internal and external systems using structured interfaces and well defined contracts to ensure reliable data exchange and transactional integrity
• Establish non functional requirements such as performance scalability security and observability and ensure they are consistently met through thoughtful design and validation
• Create and maintain architecture diagrams technical documentation and decision records that clearly communicate system behavior and constraints to technical and nontechnical stakeholders
• Conduct architecture reviews and technical assessments to identify risks dependencies and improvement opportunities and recommend practical remediation actions
• Partner with quality and operations teams to design architectures that support automated testing resilient deployment mechanisms and efficient monitoring capabilities
• Evaluate and introduce suitable tools frameworks and libraries for C sharp and C plus plus ecosystems that can improve developer productivity system reliability and operational efficiency
• Mentor engineering professionals by sharing architectural patterns problem solving approaches and practical guidance that strengthen the overall technical maturity of the organization
• Align architectural choices with the company mission by enabling secure reliable and efficient digital services that improve customer experiences and deliver tangible value to society

Qualifications

• Require extensive experience of 13 to 15 years in designing and implementing large scale applications using C sharp and C plus plus in complex enterprise environments
• Require strong background in object oriented design patterns data structures and algorithms with demonstrated ability to apply these principles to solve real world engineering challenges
• Require proven experience in designing distributed systems microservices or modular architectures with focus on reliability scalability and high availability characteristics
• Require hands on exposure to relational and nonrelational data stores with ability to select appropriate data models indexing strategies and query patterns based on use cases
• Require experience working in hybrid work models with distributed teams including effective communication documentation and collaboration practices across locations
• Nice to have familiarity with modern application development practices such as automated testing continuous integration and observability to ensure smooth delivery and operations
• Nice to have exposure to cloud based platforms and containerization technologies that support deployment of C sharp and C plus plus services in resilient and scalable environments
• Nice to have experience in performance tuning profiling and optimization of C sharp and C plus plus applications with focus on reducing latency and improving resource utilization
• Nice to have background in secure coding practices and threat aware design to ensure applications protect data privacy regulatory compliance and overall system trustworthiness
