Responsibilities

Qualifications
Demonstrate eight to ten years of experience in policy servicing or insurance operations with a consistent track record of handling complex policy transactions and delivering high quality outcomes.Exhibit strong proficiency in MS Office applications including spreadsheets word processing and presentation tools with the ability to design templates perform data analysis and create clear documentation.Show practical exposure to auto claims processes as a desirable domain skill understanding claim workflows coverage assessment and policy to claim linkage to support accurate claim decisions.Display solid analytical and problem solving abilities using structured thinking and data driven insights to resolve policy discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.Communicate effectively in written and verbal forms using concise and professional language to interact with colleagues stakeholders and internal customers within night shift operations.Adapt comfortably to work from office requirements and night shift schedules maintaining reliability punctuality and consistent performance in a stable operational environment.Demonstrate familiarity with insurance industry regulations policy administration standards and compliance expectations applying this knowledge to daily servicing tasks for safe and compliant operations.
Certifications Required
