ServiceNow Licensing, Pricing and Contract Analyst
About the Role
ServiceNow Licensing, Pricing and Contract Analyst, you will make an impact by providing licensing advisory, pricing support, entitlement governance, and contracting operations for ServiceNow solutions. You will be a valued member of the ServiceNow Business Group and work collaboratively with Sales, Presales, Finance, Legal, Procurement, Delivery teams, MSP Licensing Support, and ServiceNow account stakeholders.
In This Role, You Will
- Support ServiceNow licensing activities including product mapping, SKU identification, entitlement validation, and licensing recommendations.
- Partner with sales and presales teams to address licensing inquiries, customer requirements, subscription renewals, and commercial requests.
- Prepare pricing worksheets, quote comparisons, renewal analyses, and commercial documentation while validating quantities, contract terms, and pricing assumptions.
- Assist with contract documentation, approval tracking, version control, and maintenance of audit-ready records related to licensing and subscription agreements.
- Monitor licensing requests, track open actions, prepare operational reports, and contribute to process improvement, governance, and automation initiatives.

What You Need to Have to Be Considered
- Experience in software licensing, SaaS pricing, quote operations, software asset management, renewals, commercial operations, or related functions.
- Good understanding of ServiceNow licensing models, subscriptions, pricing structures, entitlement management, and contracting processes.
- Experience preparing pricing analyses, quote comparisons, commercial documentation, and licensing support materials.
- Strong proficiency with spreadsheets, data validation, reporting, tracking tools, and structured documentation management.
- Excellent attention to detail, communication, stakeholder management, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Willingness to work during US business hours and provide extended support during critical business periods.
These Will Help You Stand Out
- Knowledge of Managed Service Provider (MSP) licensing models and governance processes.
- Experience supporting software renewals, subscription management, and entitlement compliance programmes.
- Familiarity with commercial contract review processes and cross-functional collaboration with legal, procurement, and finance teams.
- Understanding of software asset management practices and licensing optimisation strategies.
- ServiceNow platform knowledge, certification, or related software asset management experience.
