About the role
The Project Manager will manage delivery of the J&J Sirion CLM program across Discovery, Design, Build, Testing, Deployment, and transition activities. This role requires CLM transformation experience and enough Sirion functional familiarity to manage workstreams, dependencies, risks, issues, resources, and status reporting across Contract Request, Clause Library, Template Assembly, workflows, repository, obligations, integrations, AI feature activation, data migration, reporting, QA, and release readiness. CLM Service Delivery experience is preferred.
In this role, you will:
· Manage the overall project plan, workstream plans, RAID log, dependency tracker, decision log, status reporting, resource plan, financial tracking, and change control process.
· Coordinate Sirion workstreams across process design, configuration, architecture, integration, data migration, clause/template harmonization, QA, testing, release readiness, and BAU transition.
· Track progress across Sirion Contract Request, workflows, Clause Library, Template Assembly, repository, obligations, reporting, integrations, AI feature activation, and release activities.
· Facilitate governance meetings, stakeholder updates, steering committee inputs, executive reporting, issue escalation, and cross-team coordination.
· Manage onshore/offshore coordination, global delivery execution, sprint readiness, milestone tracking, deliverable acceptance, and project risks.
· Support Discovery, Design, Build, Testing, UAT, deployment planning, production readiness, and post-go-live transition activities.
· Ensure project execution aligns with CLM transformation objectives, Sirion platform scope, resource model, delivery governance, and client expectations.

What you need to have to be considered
· 8+ years of enterprise software project management experience with 5+ years of CLM transformation program experience.
· Experience managing Discovery, Design, Build, Testing, Deployment, production readiness, and transition activities for CLM, Procurement, or Source-to-Contract programs.
· Functional familiarity with Sirion or enterprise CLM capabilities, including Contract Request, workflows, Clause Library, Template Assembly, repository, obligations, reporting, integrations, and AI feature activation.
· Experience managing global delivery teams, onshore/offshore teams, cross-functional workstreams, executive governance, RAID management, reporting, resource planning, financials, and change control.
· Experience coordinating business, architecture, configuration, integration, data, QA, testing, deployment, and service delivery workstreams.
These will help you stand out

· Sirion implementation experience.
· PMP or Agile certification.
· Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, or Medical Device industry experience.

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $112,000 -$130,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
