About the role
As a Service Line Sales (SLS) Executive, you will make an impact by owning the end-to-end Cognizant Moment sales motion across an assigned Manufacturing, Logistic, Energy, Utilities account portfolio in North America — identifying opportunities, shaping solutions, and closing business across the full Moment portfolio, including Adobe-based marketing, commerce and design, digital product and experience transformation, content and marketing platforms, and modern workplace. You will be a valued member of the Cognizant Moment MLEU team and work collaboratively with Client Partners, cross-functional pursuit teams, account and consulting groups, and alliance partners such as Adobe and Salesforce.
In this role, you will
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned to MLEU industry trends across the full Moment portfolio, building and managing a multi-offering pipeline with a hunting mindset for market and account whitespace.
- Lead cross-functional pursuit teams, shaping deal structure, pricing, and value proposition, and creating compelling narratives, proposals, and RFP responses that differentiate Cognizant.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders at the CxO, VP, and Director levels, building executive relationships across sales, marketing, product, IT, and business teams to drive client satisfaction and long-term growth.
- Create, drive, and deliver predictable sales forecasts using Cognizant's CRM tool (Winzone), keeping the CRM current weekly and applying sales best practices such as call plans, win strategies, close plans, and the Deal Health Checklist.
- Align with account teams, consulting groups, other service lines, and alliance partners to orchestrate integrated solutions and contribute to account planning and pipeline generation.

What you need to have to be considered
- 8+ years of experience in IT services / SI, digital agency, or consulting sales, client partnership, or solutioning roles.
- A proven track record building pipeline, qualifying high-priority deals, and closing new and expansion business against agreed targets.
- Experience selling into Manufacturing clients.
- Working knowledge across at least two of Moment's core domains: Experience Transformation & AI, Digital Marketing, Adobe Experience Cloud, Content & Marketing Platforms, or Modern Workplace, with the ability to translate business challenges into scalable, multi-capability solutions.
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
These will help you stand out
- Depth in digital experience domains: content, platforms, commerce, and product design.
- Strong executive communication, presentation, and proposal development skills.
- Deep understanding of MLEU industry trends and ecosystem, including regulatory and compliance considerations.
- Expertise in proposal development, GTM strategy, and sales planning.
- Recent experience at an IT professional services or management consulting firm.

Salary and Other Compensation
Applications will be accepted until September 1, 2026.
- The annual salary for this position is between $165,000 - $185,000 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
- This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
