Job Summary
Work as a CyberSecurity Specialist in Identity and Access Management focused on cards and payments using Java and leading IAM platforms including CA Broadcom IdentityManager CA Broadcom IdentityGovernance and IBM Security Identity Manager. Contribute to secure hybrid day shift operations ensuring robust protection of critical payment systems while supporting scalable access controls and compliance within a global MNC environment.
Responsibilities
Design and implement scalable identity and access management solutions using CA Broadcom IdentityManager and IBM Security Identity Manager to secure cards and payments platforms in alignment with business and regulatory requirements.Develop enhance and maintain Java based integrations including connectors and provisioning workflows to ensure seamless and reliable interaction between IAM tools and core cards and payments applications.Configure and optimize CA Broadcom IdentityGovernance to enforce policy based access controls streamline attestation campaigns and support continuous compliance monitoring for payment processing environments.Analyze complex access requirements from business and operations teams in the cards and payments domain and translate them into robust technical IAM designs that minimize fraud risk and operational disruption.Monitor identity lifecycle events for users and service accounts across hybrid environments and provide timely remediation for anomalies to protect sensitive cardholder data and transaction processing systems.Collaborate with cyber security application development and operations teams to validate IAM solutions through testing and reviews ensuring that identity workflows meet performance security and usability expectations.Create and maintain detailed technical documentation covering IAM architectures Java based integration patterns configuration baselines and operational procedures to support consistent and resilient day to day operations.Perform impact analysis and implement controlled changes in IAM configurations when new cards and payments products or features are introduced ensuring continuity of secure access and minimal risk exposure.Investigate IAM related incidents such as unauthorized access attempts or provisioning failures and provide root cause analysis and corrective actions that strengthen security posture and reduce recurrence.Provide guidance to stakeholders on secure access practices in cards and payments including appropriate role design segregation of duties and least privilege principles to reduce fraud and data leakage risks.Support periodic audits and compliance assessments by preparing evidence from CA Broadcom IdentityManager CA Broadcom IdentityGovernance and IBM Security Identity Manager to demonstrate effective access controls and governance.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by evaluating emerging IAM capabilities and suggesting enhancements that increase automation reduce manual effort and enhance protection of payment transactions.Coordinate hybrid work model responsibilities by effectively managing tasks across onsite and remote settings ensuring consistent IAM support during day shifts for mission critical payment systems.
Qualifications
Bring four to eight years of hands on experience in identity and access management working extensively with CA Broadcom IdentityManager CA Broadcom IdentityGovernance and IBM Security Identity Manager in enterprise environments.Demonstrate strong proficiency in Java programming including object oriented design and secure coding practices to develop integrations customizations and automation scripts for IAM platforms.Offer practical expertise in the cards and payments domain including understanding of transaction flows card lifecycle processes and associated risk scenarios that influence IAM requirements.Apply solid knowledge of cyber security principles such as authentication authorization and auditing to design IAM solutions that protect cardholder information and payment processing infrastructure.Utilize experience with hybrid work environments and day shift operations to maintain reliable IAM support and coordination with cross functional teams across locations.Exhibit the ability to communicate complex IAM concepts clearly to technical and nontechnical stakeholders enabling better decision making and adoption of secure access practices.Show readiness to learn and adapt to new IAM tools and regulatory changes in the cards and payments industry supporting ongoing modernization and resilience of security controls.
