Job Summary
Consulting Manager role in a global organization focusing on Property and Casualty Insurance clients responsible for driving complex consulting engagements optimizing business processes and enabling digital transformation within a hybrid work model using deep domain expertise to deliver measurable value and sustainable customer outcomes while collaborating with cross functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Drive end to end consulting engagements for Property and Casualty Insurance clients by defining scope planning activities and ensuring delivery of measurable business outcomes within agreed timelines and budgets.
- Develop detailed assessments of client underwriting policy administration claims and billing processes to identify operational inefficiencies risk exposures and digital transformation opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with client stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into actionable consulting roadmaps that improve combined ratios reduce loss adjustment expenses and enhance customer experience.
- Guide the design of target operating models for Property and Casualty Insurance operations by aligning processes roles data flows and technology enablers to industry best practices.
- Coordinate hybrid working arrangements by structuring clear collaboration practices meeting rhythms and documentation standards that maintain productivity across onsite and remote environments.
- Produce high quality consulting deliverables such as current state assessments future state blueprints value realization plans and business requirement documents tailored to Property and Casualty Insurance.
- Collaborate with technical and product teams to shape solution recommendations for policy administration systems claims platforms rating engines and analytics tools that support client transformation goals.
- Advise clients on regulatory implications risk controls and compliance considerations specific to Property and Casualty Insurance across multiple geographies and lines of business.
- Measure engagement success by defining key performance indicators tracking benefits realization and recommending continuous improvement actions informed by industry benchmarks.

Qualifications
- Combine twelve to fifteen years of progressive experience in consulting or business analysis with a strong focus on Property and Casualty Insurance process transformation and solution delivery.
- Demonstrate deep domain expertise across core Property and Casualty Insurance value chain elements including underwriting policy administration claims management reinsurance and billing.
- Apply strong analytical and problem solving skills to interpret insurance data loss trends and operational metrics in order to define realistic and impactful recommendations.
- Utilize excellent communication and facilitation skills to engage stakeholders at multiple levels manage expectations and drive consensus on priorities and decisions.
- Employ structured consulting methodologies including current state assessment gap analysis and benefits modeling in a descriptive and pragmatic manner suited to client contexts.
- Draw upon experience with core insurance platforms workflow tools and analytics solutions even if not as a primary technologist to inform feasible and scalable recommendations.
- Leverage experience working in hybrid or distributed team environments by using collaboration tools structured documentation and clear communication practices.
- Exhibit a continuous learning mindset by staying current with Property and Casualty Insurance market trends regulatory changes and digital innovation themes.
- Prefer prior exposure to global or multinational clients demonstrating cultural awareness and the ability to coordinate across time zones and functional areas.
