AI Strategy Consultant
About the role
As an AI Strategy Consultant, you will make an impact by helping organizations identify, prioritize, and scale AI-led transformation initiatives that deliver measurable business outcomes. You will be a valued member of the APJ AI Market Unit and work collaboratively with C-suite executives, industry leaders, hyperscalers, consulting teams, solution architects, AI engineers, and ecosystem partners to accelerate enterprise AI adoption and value realization.
In this role, you will:
- Engage senior business leaders and CXOs to identify AI-driven opportunities and develop transformation strategies.
- Assess AI maturity and readiness, and define enterprise AI roadmaps, operating models, governance frameworks, and adoption strategies.
- Develop AI investment cases, ROI models, value realization frameworks, and executive business cases.
- Shape end-to-end AI solutions, commercial models, and go-to-market strategies that align with business objectives and industry priorities.
- Drive thought leadership, industry-specific AI narratives, and strategic growth initiatives across the APJ region.

What you need to have to be considered
- Proven AI strategy expertise, including Generative AI, Agentic AI, AI operating models, governance, Responsible AI, enterprise adoption, and AI-led transformation programs.
- Extensive CXO engagement experience, with the ability to facilitate executive workshops, influence senior stakeholders, and present complex AI concepts in business terms.
- Strong business case and value-realisation skills, including development of ROI models, investment cases, cost-benefit analyses, and executive funding proposals.
- Experience developing AI roadmaps and transformation strategies from opportunity identification and use-case prioritisation through to enterprise-scale implementation.
- Strong understanding of modern AI technologies, including LLMs, GenAI, AI Agents, RAG, AI platforms (Azure AI/OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI), and enterprise data ecosystems.
- Dominant industry expertise in one or more sectors such as Insurance, Mining, Telecommunications, Financial Services, Retail, Transport, Hospitality, Public Sector, or Healthcare.

- Experience defining AI operating models, governance frameworks, and Responsible AI programs.
- Expertise in shaping AI-led business transformation initiatives across large enterprises.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience developing innovative AI pricing and outcome-based commercial models.
- Experience working with hyperscalers, AI ecosystem partners, and enterprise technology platforms.
- Proven thought leadership through industry publications, conferences, client workshops, or AI innovation programs.
