About the Role
As a Senior Manager - Oracle PMS Integration Testing, you will make an impact by leading enterprise-wide system integration testing initiatives and ensuring seamless data flow across complex application ecosystems. You will be a valued member of the Quality Engineering team and work collaboratively with business stakeholders, application owners, technology teams, and third-party partners to deliver high-quality testing outcomes.
In This Role, You Will
• Lead end-to-end system integration testing efforts across Oracle PMS and interconnected enterprise applications.
• Partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to assess test coverage, define testing requirements, and validate end-to-end business processes.
• Develop and execute integration testing strategies, plans, and schedules to ensure comprehensive test coverage and quality outcomes.
• Coordinate test execution activities across multiple applications, teams, and environments to support successful project delivery.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and drive resolution of integration issues by collaborating with internal teams, vendors, and offshore delivery teams.

What You Need to Have to Be Considered
• Extensive experience with Oracle Property Management Systems (PMS) or Oracle enterprise applications.
• Proven experience leading System Integration Testing (SIT) initiatives in large-scale enterprise environments.
• Strong expertise in integration testing, data validation, interface testing, and end-to-end business process validation.
• Experience coordinating testing activities across multiple stakeholder groups, vendors, and distributed delivery teams.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex integration issues across interconnected systems.
These Will Help You Stand Out
• Experience within hospitality, travel, or customer-facing technology environments.
• Knowledge of enterprise application ecosystems involving multiple upstream and downstream system integrations.
• Experience leading testing efforts for large-scale technology transformation or modernization initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments and modern Quality Engineering practices.

Salary and Other Compensation:
Applications will be accepted until September 18, 2026.
The annual salary for this position is between $95,850 – $152,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
