Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Product Specialist(T) with 3 to 7 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in GE Proficy Plant Application and a strong background in Industrial Manufacturing. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of both remote and on-site work during day shifts. The candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing our product offerings and ensuring seamless operations.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation and optimization of GE Proficy Plant Application to enhance manufacturing processes.
  • Oversee the integration of the application with existing systems to ensure smooth operations.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for GE Proficy Plant Application to minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and address their needs related to industrial manufacturing.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations and operational procedures.
  • Conduct training sessions for team members to ensure effective use of the application.
  • Monitor system performance and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all technical implementations.
  • Analyze data from the application to provide insights and recommendations for process improvements.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Participate in regular meetings to discuss project progress and address any issues.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in GE Proficy Plant Application and industrial manufacturing.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our product offerings to meet market demands.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess a strong technical background with hands-on experience in GE Proficy Plant Application.
  • Have a solid understanding of industrial manufacturing processes and best practices.
  • Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Exhibit strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Show a proactive approach to learning and staying updated with industry trends.
  • Hold a relevant degree in engineering computer science or a related field.
  • Nice to have experience in other manufacturing execution systems (MES) and related technologies.
