Job Summary

The Senior Solution Architect will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives. With a focus on SFDC Development and Customization the architect will ensure seamless integration and configuration of Salesforce systems. This role requires expertise in Omnistudio SFDC Lightning and SFDC Integration and offers an opportunity to work in a hybrid model during day shifts.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions tailored to meet business needs.
  • Oversee the customization and development of SFDC applications to enhance functionality.
  • Provide expertise in Omnistudio to streamline processes and improve user experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless SFDC integration across platforms.
  • Manage SFDC configuration to optimize system performance and user accessibility.
  • Drive innovation by leveraging SFDC Lightning to create dynamic and responsive interfaces.
  • Ensure solutions are scalable and maintainable to support long-term business growth.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for SFDC solutions to ensure clarity and continuity.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to empower teams with Salesforce knowledge.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and continuously improve solutions.
  • Contribute to the companys mission by delivering impactful solutions that enhance customer experience.


Qualifications

  • Possess extensive experience in SFDC Development and Customization.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Omnistudio and SFDC Lightning.
  • Have a strong background in SFDC Integration and Configuration.
  • Experience in Asset Management Operations and Cards & Payments is advantageous.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Show ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work model.
  • Display strong communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders.


Certifications Required

Salesforce Certified Technical Architect Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I
