The Sr. Business Analyst will play a crucial role in analyzing business processes and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. With a focus on Micro Services and FIS - OPF Java the analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions. This hybrid role requires a deep understanding of technical and business aspects to drive impactful outcomes.


Responsibilities

  • Analyze and evaluate business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
  • Develop and implement solutions using Micro Services and FIS
  • OPF Java to enhance system functionality
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve business operations and achieve strategic goals
  • Conduct thorough testing and validation of systems to ensure quality and reliability
  • Oversee the integration of new technologies and methodologies to streamline processes
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to align business objectives with technical solutions
  • Monitor and report on project progress ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget
  • Support cross-functional teams in understanding and implementing business requirements
  • Utilize XCTest for testing and validation to ensure robust system performance
  • Drive innovation by staying updated with industry trends and emerging technologies
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in all deliverables
  • Foster a collaborative environment to encourage knowledge sharing and continuous improvement

    • Qualifications

  • Possess extensive experience in Micro Services and FIS
  • OPF Java demonstrating technical proficiency
  • Have a strong background in business analysis with 15 to 16 years of relevant experience
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills to effectively liaise between technical and business teams
  • Demonstrate proficiency in XCTest for testing and validation purposes
  • Show ability to work in a hybrid model balancing remote and in-office responsibilities
  • Display strong problem-solving skills to address complex business challenges
  • Maintain a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies.
