Forward Deployed Engineer
About the role
As a Junior Forward Deployed Engineer, you will make an impact by building and deploying real-world Generative AI and agentic solutions directly within client environments. You will be a valued member of the AI engineering team and work collaboratively with client stakeholders, engineers, and architects to turn complex problems into working software—fast.
In this role, you will:
- Embed directly at client sites to prototype and deploy agentic AI workflows using frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or AWS Bedrock Agents — shipping working code, not slide decks
- Build and deploy agentic AI workflows and applications within client environments using modern AI frameworks
- Develop end-to-end RAG pipelines, including retrieval optimization, vector databases, and response evaluation
- Instrument AI applications with observability and monitoring tools to ensure production readiness
- Collaborate closely with client teams through stand-ups, design reviews, and feedback loops
- Rapidly prototype and iterate solutions, delivering working demos and production-ready code in short cycles

- Familiarity with SQL and at least one cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
