Job Summary
The Group Master Data and Supply Chain Analyst plays a critical role in enabling accurate supply chain planning and execution across the organization. This role is responsible for ensuring high quality and reliable master data that supports demand planning supply planning manufacturing and distribution activities.
Responsibilities
Own and maintain supply chain master data across the product lifecycle including finished goods raw materials packaging materials bills of material and planning parameters
Ensure accuracy consistency and completeness of master data across enterprise systems to support demand planning supply planning manufacturing and distribution
Manage master data creation change and governance processes in collaboration with supply chain quality finance procurement and commercial teams
Support group and regional planning teams by ensuring master data readiness for monthly planning cycles and integrated business planning processes
Enable new product introductions transfers and promotional activities by coordinating timely and compliant master data setup
Establish and maintain data governance standards naming conventions validation rules and supporting documentation
Monitor master data quality identify gaps or risks and drive corrective and continuous improvement actions
Partner with information technology and systems teams to support enhancements to master data tools workflows and reporting
Provide analysis and insights on master data health planning accuracy and downstream supply chain impacts
Support audits regulatory requirements and internal controls by ensuring master data compliance and traceability
