2. Job Summary : We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 10 to 13 years of experience in Salesforce Agentforce. The ideal candidate will drive technical excellence and innovation in our hybrid work model. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce technologies to enhance our business processes and deliver impactful solutions. The candidate will work in a day shift with no travel required.

8. Responsibilities : - Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce Agentforce solutions to meet business needs. - Oversee the development and deployment of Salesforce applications ensuring high-quality standards. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team to foster growth and innovation. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce solutions with other enterprise systems. - Ensure the scalability and performance of Salesforce applications to support business growth. - Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain code quality and best practices. - Develop and maintain technical documentation to support ongoing maintenance and future enhancements. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to ensure seamless operation of Salesforce applications. - Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and technologies to drive continuous improvement. - Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Optimize Salesforce processes to enhance user experience and operational efficiency. - Implement security best practices to protect sensitive data within Salesforce applications. - Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance reliability and user satisfaction. -Qualifications - Possess a strong background in Salesforce Agentforce with proven experience in technical leadership roles. - Demonstrate expertise in Salesforce development including Apex Visualforce and Lightning components. - Exhibit proficiency in integrating Salesforce with third-party applications and APIs. - Showcase excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. - Have a solid understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies. - Display strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Hold a Salesforce Certified Technical Architect or equivalent certification.
