Role
We’re looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer with hands‑on experience in Agentic AI and Generative AI, including exposure to Claude (Anthropic), to build intelligent, autonomous workflows on the ServiceNow platform.
What You’ll Do
- Build & customize ServiceNow solutions (ITSM mandatory; ITOM/HRSD/CSM preferred)
- Develop AI‑driven workflows using Virtual Agent, Now Assist & Flow Designer
- Integrate LLMs (Claude / OpenAI / Azure OpenAI) via REST & IntegrationHub
- Write clean scripts using JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules
- Mentor junior developers & ensure best practices
What We’re Looking For
- 6+ years of ServiceNow development experience
- Strong JavaScript & ServiceNow scripting skills
- Exposure to Agentic AI, LLMs, prompt engineering
- Experience with REST APIs, JSON, OAuth

ServiceNow Certifications | AIOps | Cloud exposure (Azure/AWS)
