Job Summary
The Sr. Consultant role focuses on delivering high-quality solutions in the Property & Casualty Insurance domain. With 10 to 12 years of experience the candidate will work in a hybrid model contributing to strategic initiatives and ensuring operational excellence during day shifts. Travel is not required.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements in the Property & Casualty Insurance domain and translate them into actionable solutions.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize processes and workflows ensuring alignment with industry standards and organizational goals.
- Provide expert guidance on system enhancements and integrations to improve efficiency and accuracy in insurance operations.
- Conduct detailed assessments of existing systems and recommend improvements to support business objectives.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance team understanding of domain-specific processes and tools.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of solutions that meet client expectations and regulatory requirements.
- Utilize advanced analytical skills to identify trends and opportunities for innovation within the Property & Casualty Insurance sector.
- Prepare comprehensive documentation including business cases process maps and technical specifications to support project initiatives.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards within the Property & Casualty Insurance domain.
- Provide mentorship and knowledge sharing to junior team members fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications
