Are you an experienced Pega CDH Developer looking to work on large-scale customer engagement and decisioning solutions?

At Cognizant Spain, you'll join an international team delivering innovative projects powered by Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH), helping clients optimize customer interactions through intelligent, data-driven decisioning.

What You'll Do

  • Design, develop, and implement solutions using Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH).
  • Configure and optimize Next-Best-Action strategies, Engagement Policies, Offers, and Treatments.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Develop integrations using REST and SOAP services.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and global delivery teams.
  • Support testing, deployments, and production activities.

What We're Looking For

Mandatory

  • 5+ years of experience in Pega development.
  • Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) certification.
  • Pega Certified Decisioning Consultant (PCDC) or equivalent CDH certification.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH).
  • Experience with:
    • Next-Best-Action Designer
    • Engagement Policies
    • Offers & Treatments
    • Customer Decisioning Frameworks
    • Inbound and Outbound Campaigns
  • Experience with REST and SOAP integrations.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience working in Agile environments.
  • Professional level of English.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in Banking, Insurance, Telecom, or Retail projects.
  • Knowledge of performance tuning and optimization within Pega.
  • Additional Pega certifications.
  • Experience working directly with clients in consulting environments.
