Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Software Engineer with 14 to 16 years of experience to design develop and optimize cutting-edge solutions using Azure Open AI Service Langchain LangGraph PyTorch and Python. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work on impactful projects that drive innovation and contribute to the companys success.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement scalable software solutions leveraging Azure Open AI Service Langchain LangGraph PyTorch and Python to meet business requirements and enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications and actionable development plans.
- Optimize machine learning models and frameworks using PyTorch to ensure high performance and reliability in production environments.
- Design and maintain APIs and integrations to facilitate seamless communication between systems and applications.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging to identify and resolve issues ensuring software quality and adherence to industry standards.
- Provide technical expertise in the development and deployment of AI-driven applications ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends in AI and software development to incorporate innovative solutions into projects.
- Document software designs processes and workflows to ensure clarity and facilitate knowledge sharing across teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and continuously improve software functionalities and user experience.
- Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on best practices coding standards and efficient development methodologies.
- Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations while working on AI-driven solutions.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of development processes and team collaboration.
- Work in a hybrid environment balancing remote and on-site work to deliver high-quality solutions while maintaining flexibility.
Qualifications
- Possess extensive experience in Azure Open AI Service Langchain LangGraph PyTorch and Python with a proven track record of delivering impactful projects.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to design innovative solutions to complex technical challenges.
- Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Showcase proficiency in developing and optimizing machine learning models and frameworks for production environments.
- Have a deep understanding of software development lifecycle processes and best practices.
- Display a commitment to staying updated with emerging technologies and incorporating them into projects.
