Job Summary
This architect role focuses on designing and optimizing enterprise master data solutions using Reltio MDM and Reltio Integration Hub within a hybrid work model supporting day shift operations with no travel. The architect will translate complex data needs into scalable architectures that enhance data quality integrity and governance across global business units.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable Reltio MDM architectures that align with enterprise data strategies and support consistent master data across multiple domains
- Configure and optimize Reltio data models and workflows to support complex business entities hierarchies and relationships while maintaining high data quality
- Develop robust Reltio Integration Hub pipelines that securely integrate master data with upstream and downstream applications in near real time
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate master data requirements into detailed solution designs and technical specifications that are practical and maintainable
- Coordinate with application teams to ensure Reltio data services and integration patterns are correctly implemented and aligned to performance expectations
- Define data quality rules survivorship strategies and matching configurations in Reltio to improve accuracy completeness and consistency of critical data assets
- Create and maintain technical documentation for Reltio MDM configurations Reltio Integration Hub flows and related integration patterns to support ongoing operations
- Monitor and fine tune Reltio environments for performance reliability and scalability while proactively addressing potential bottlenecks and risks
- Support incident analysis and root cause investigation for data issues involving Reltio solutions and coordinate remediation steps with cross functional teams
- Guide adoption of best practices in master data management data governance and integration design to ensure secure and compliant handling of enterprise data
- Partner with data governance teams to implement stewardship workflows approval processes and audit controls that strengthen trust in enterprise data assets
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to streamline data flows and reduce manual effort through automation in Reltio Integration Hub
- Elevate the impact of data driven decision making by enabling high quality master data that supports better customer experiences and more efficient operations
Qualifications
- Possess six to ten years of experience in enterprise data or MDM roles with a primary focus on architecting and implementing Reltio based solutions
- Demonstrate strong hands on expertise in configuring and managing Reltio MDM including data models workflows match rules and survivorship logic
- Exhibit practical experience in designing and building integrations using Reltio Integration Hub including connectors mapping logic and monitoring
- Apply solid understanding of master data management principles data governance concepts and data quality frameworks in complex business environments
- Show proficiency with relational data concepts API based integrations and batch data processing to support secure and efficient data movement
- Display familiarity with cloud based platforms and hybrid deployment models while adhering to enterprise security and compliance standards
- Communicate clearly with technical and nontechnical stakeholders and document solutions in a structured manner that supports future maintainability
- Adapt to evolving business priorities and rapidly changing data landscapes while maintaining focus on reliability quality and user value
